Pony Club Australia (PCA) is Australia’s national governing body and the largest community for horse riders, with over 750 active Clubs and Zones, 35 active riding centres and 40,000 members. Its members are the state and territory Pony Club Associations and all individual members of Pony Clubs.
PCA have adopted the full multi-tiered solution that will unite their community and introduce singular processes to simplify purchasing their NSO, State, Zone and Club Memberships. Alongside this, the centralised Credential Management feature within the JustGo platform allows PCA, its 750+ state and territory Pony Club Associations, and individual Pony Club members to unify the management and control of their Horse Registrations, Gradings, Coaching Qualifications and much more.
JustGo has also collaborated with the Government of New South Wales to automate the validation and application of Active Kids Program Voucher codes. The Active Kids Program is a government initiative that aims to help children with the cost of sports participation by providing two $100 vouchers per year. The goal is to increase school-aged children’s participation in sports and physical activity. This automation will eliminate the need for the Clubs to perform a manual redemption process, allowing the parent/guardian to take advantage of the discount at the time of membership purchase. The whole PCA Community will benefit from the open Club and Event finders that make participation in the sport considerably easier to access.
Alongside the delivery of the software, the JustGo Customer Success team has been heavily involved in the delivery of the rollout to States and Clubs through webinars, communication and drop-in sessions to ensure the smoothest delivery possible throughout the entire PCA Community. All this in under 4 weeks from the start of the project to go-live!
