A Smooth Implementation Process
We will take you on a seamless implementation journey that we’ve perfected by successfully serving over 100 National Sports Governing Bodies globally.
Our initial goal is to guide you on a smooth migration from existing systems to JustGo. This includes:
- Multiple consultancy sessions to understand your project requirements
- Configuring our platform to meet specific requirements
- Importing all data from your existing system
- Testing assistance and guidance
- Training your key personnel to use the system
Hosting & Technical Assurance
- JustGo can be fully configured to satisfy your requirements, using a combination of its core capabilities and extension modules.
- We are always looking for new ways to make your life easier. Through regular feedback forums with our customers, we continue to design and develop new features and capabilities to meet the needs of our global customer base.
- All development is undertaken by our dedicated in-house development team, quality assurance and technical infrastructure and security teams, whose operations and processes are certified to ISO 9001.
- JustGo is also certified to ISO 27001 for data security, and for additional assurance, JustGo is subjected to regular penetration testing undertaken by a leading independent specialist. Our Platforms are hosted within Microsoft’s Azure Cloud Services, considered one of the most secure available. Each Enterprise Customer (NGB) gets its own instance and dedicated database - you do not share systems with any other Enterprise Customer!
- JustGo is designed for member-led organizations, with the understanding that your operations may peak during renewals or while hosting large events. The platform is optimized to dynamically allocate its resources, so that your team can enjoy a high-performing system whenever they need it!
