Overview
JustGo (www.justgo.com) is a fast-growing SaaS provider delivering cloud-based Membership and Event Management solutions for National Governing Bodies of Sport, Charities, Sports Clubs, and other membership-led organisations. We have built a global customer base of leading sporting organisations and are known for long-term, collaborative partnerships with our clients.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dhaka. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-impact, cross-functional projects that enhance our platform and integrations. You’ll act as a central coordinator across product, engineering, design, and operations—driving alignment, accountability, and execution.
What you will do:
- Lead the planning and delivery of technical projects across multiple development streams, product, and design teams.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, and milestones using tools like monday.com.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as the main liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
- Proactively identify project risks and blockers, escalating issues when needed to maintain progress.
- Track key project metrics and regularly report on progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with QA to uphold product quality and coordinate testing and release processes.
- Manage technical documentation, support continuous process improvement, and contribute to resource planning.
- Collaborate with DevOps to improve deployment and patching processes, ensuring efficient, reliable, and well-coordinated releases.
- Align with the Product team on high-level business requirements and priorities, translating them into clear project objectives
Who you are:
- 3 to 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and API integrations.
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept through to launch.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Dart, Flutter, monday.com, and AI-driven platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident in leading discussions and driving decisions—not just relaying messages.
- Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Collaborative, team-first mindset with a focus on delivering value.
- Experience with CRM platforms or membership systems is a plus.
- A keen interest in digital transformation within the sports industry is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Benefits to you:
- Salary: Can be negotiated based on experience.
- Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.
- Working Schedule: Two shift patterns are available: Monday–Friday and Sunday–Thursday. Your assigned shift will depend on business and project requirements.
- Annual Leave: 25 days of paid leave (including government holidays).
- Sick Leave: 5 days of paid sick leave per year.
- Food Allowance: Monthly food allowance provided.
- Performance Review: Annual performance and salary review based on individual contributions and performance.
- Comprehensive onboarding, training, mentoring, and ongoing guidance.
- We encourage self-driven individuals who take ownership of their learning and professional growth.
