British Gymnastics selects JustGo as its membership management platform

British Gymnastics, one of the largest sports national governing bodies,  has selected JustGo as their new membership and competition management solution. British Gymnastics oversees the leadership, management and growth of the sport of gymnastics across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. It invests and continually develops sporting practices throughout the UK by ensuring first-class facilities, training, governance and safeguarding policies. 

The British Gymnastics community comprises members spanning diverse ages and skill levels, across several different gymnastic disciplines. Each discipline has its own set of athlete levels, coach certifications, event criteria, and more.

Managing this complex yet intricate member base demands a platform versatile enough to cater to the entirety of its organisational and community needs, accommodating several tiers, that cover Home Nations & Regions, over 1,400 clubs, and nearly 400,000 members, including athletes, coaches, judges, teachers, technical committees, and other stakeholders.

Membership Platform Innovations

• JustGo will provide a complete CRM replacement, allowing English Gymnastics, Scottish Gymnastics, Northern Ireland Gymnastics, Channel Islands, and Gibraltar to introduce new membership offerings to their community.  
• The modernised system will incorporate member joining and renewal, as well as event entry for International, National, Home Nation, Regional and Club competitions and events, and improved functionality that further supports British Gymnastics’ commitment to protecting the welfare of gymnasts and those involved in the sport
• Learning & Development will use JustGo to build clear learning pathways for their community, issuing Digital Qualifications that dynamically validate Safeguarding statuses, to reinforce British Gymnastics’ commitment to better protecting the welfare of gymnasts and supporting their #BeTheChange campaign.
