It is not an exaggeration to say that the JustGo system has revolutionized our operations and that way we interact with our beneficiaries. We now have a modern, interactive and responsive system where previously we were working with pieces of paper and antiquated processes. We have also ended up with a system that the whole team understand and can use because of the approach of JustGo and the way we developed the system together.
Since the launch of the system the support from the JustGo team has also been quick and efficient whenever we have needed additional support. Paddle Australia’s initiative to implement the JustGo platform should be applauded. The professional approach they have taken in training and support has made the transformation simple and easy to follow. There are many benefits; no one is more important than uniting the paddling community with a consistent message that paddling is a sport to be loved and enjoyed. As a club, we are particularly excited about how it will streamline administration and give us the ability to customize what we want and how to communicate with our members. The end result is more time on the water, which makes us all happy.
The club administrator emails are regular and informative. Any enhancements are supported by training through webinars, referring to the Club Support Guides which are easy to follow, and being able to talk directly to Paddle Australia to provide feedback or discuss any problems. The whole process is professional and is invaluable when it comes to delivering service to our members
