We aim to recruit a DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in our Dhaka office. We seek someone with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset who is passionate about building, automating, and optimizing scalable infrastructure. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying system improvements, resolving technical challenges efficiently, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security across our SaaS platforms.

What you will do:
You will be responsible for defining and maintaining a true CI/CD culture, focusing on high-quality, automated processes.
- Automation-First Approach: Automate the installation and upkeep of build/deployment tools, as well as customer site provisioning during sign-up.
- Infrastructure Analysis: Improve product availability, scalability, and performance through rigorous app and infrastructure analysis.
- Reliability Engineering: Define architectures and practices to ensure the monitoring, reliability, and performance of all services.
- Problem Resolution: Solve live performance and stability issues and recommend long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborative Development: Coordinate within the development team to define test, release, and support processes.
Who you are:
We are seeking a candidate who understands that DevOps is a bridge between development and operations, requiring both technical depth and excellent communication.
- Experience: 1+ years in a prior DevOps role; however, high-potential candidates with practical experience (6+ months) are welcome to apply.
- Cloud Proficiency: Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider is required (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Azure Portal & DevOps Fundamentals: A solid grasp of Azure DevOps concepts, including:
- Azure Portal: Azure WebApp, Azure SQL DB, Frontdoor, Redis Cache, Azure DNS, Function App, Blob Service.
- Azure Pipelines: Building, Automation Testing, Deploying with CI/CD & Deep knowledge of YAML writing.
- Azure Repos: Good knowledge of Version control using Git.
- Technical Stack:
- Experience with container infrastructures (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working with SQL Server and general SQL databases. And Familiarity with .NET environments and scripting languages.
- Foundational knowledge of Linux and Networking fundamentals.

- Soft Skills: Must be able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members effectively.
- Methodology: Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development.
- Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and a desire to research best practices and new technologies.
