We’re elated to announce that British Gymnastics, the national governing body for gymnastics in the UK, has chosen JustGo for Clubs as its official recommended club solution.
With over 1,000 registered clubs and nearly 400,000 members, British Gymnastics is one of the UK’s largest and most dynamic sporting communities. The organisation plays a vital role in setting standards for clubs, coaches, competitions, and safeguarding, all while inspiring a love for gymnastics across all ages and abilities. To be selected as their trusted partner is both an incredible honour and a proud milestone for us at JustGo.
Hundreds of thousands of children, young people and adults take part in gymnastics activity each week in clubs across the country. Every one of those clubs contributes to the positive impact gymnastics has for individuals, communities and our society.
That’s why we’re providing JustGo for Clubs free of charge to add value and further benefit for any of our registered clubs who want to use it – offering a modern and user-friendly solution that has been developed with clubs for clubs. It aims to make things easier to operate and allow even more time and focus to be spent on what clubs and people in clubs do best – offering uplifting gymnastics experiences that can shape and transform lives.
This announcement marks the next step in our growing partnership. In July 2024, British Gymnastics successfully launched its brand new membership platform, My BG, powered by JustGo’s Enterprise solution.
A year later, JustGo for Clubs will be rolled out in a phased approach to registered clubs across the UK, making it easier than ever for clubs and members to manage their gymnastics journeys. Clubs will now have the option to sign up for a solution that has been built with and for the gymnastics community.

Benefits to clubs and members
British Gymnastics clubs can now look forward to a smoother, more connected experience with JustGo as their official club solution.
JustGo is trusted by more than 50,000 clubs globally, and we’re proud to bring that same reliable, user-friendly technology to British Gymnastics clubs. From simplified membership sign-ups and renewals to class bookings, secure payments, and automated communications, the system is designed to save time and keep members engaged.
Managing club competitions and events is easier too. Clubs can collect bespoke data for member profile, qualifications, event ticketing and much more. With JustGo’s easy-to-use website builder, clubs have the option to create a branded website to showcase what they do and connect with new members.
BG clubs can also sell merchandise directly to their community using the built-in Shop feature, which allows clubs to add products, track inventory, offer discounts and set up waitlists for popular items.
Most importantly, BG clubs will now enjoy a unified experience using the same system as their national governing body. This means no more jumping between different systems. Clubs will inherit key elements from the My BG system, including information, configurations and templates, unlocking even more powerful solutions and saving valuable time.

A special focus on Class Management
One of the most exciting parts of this rollout is the launch of JustGo’s brand-new class management features, designed specifically with British Gymnastics clubs in mind.
After a successful pilot with a group of British Gymnastics clubs, this powerful solution is now ready to transform the way clubs run their classes and engage with members.
British Gymnastics clubs can now offer unlimited classes. Clubs can collect payments, send automated reminder emails, track participation and attendance, and manage everything in one place.
What truly sets the tool apart is the flexibility. For example, payments can be collected in a way that suits both clubs and members – whether that’s a one-off fee, subscription, or pay-as-you-go payment.
Clubs can also manage demand with smart waitlist options. With both class-specific and global waitlists, JustGo makes it simple to keep classes full and running smoothly. You can even apply class restrictions based on age, gender, or membership type, giving you full control over how your sessions are structured and who can join.
And with powerful reporting tools, both British Gymnastics and its clubs will gain insights into attendance trends, class popularity, and member engagement. This helps clubs better understand their communities and anticipate what members need before they even ask – ultimately creating a better member experience.
