JustGo has built an enviable global customer base of leading sporting organisations and is seeking an ambitious Product Manager with experience in the Software/SaaS space to help lead the evolution of our product as we embark on the next phase of realising our product roadmap.
This is an exciting phase in the JustGo journey to join our dynamic team in our Dhaka office. We seek an individual with strong communication skills and someone who is enthusiastic about product management that can work closely with our teams in Dhaka and internationally to realise the next steps in our product vision.
What you will do:
- Work in the Product team to help shape the product roadmap and realise the vision and strategy for the product
- Work with a team of software engineers, UI/UX designers and other key stakeholders to carry out the scoping of features, technical discovery, feature prioritisation, sprint planning, release and other aspects of the product lifecycle
- Help align and understand customer requirements and lead interactions and collaboration with product stakeholders, internal subject matter experts and end-users
- Help in coordinating and scheduling tasks associated with product development and release to ensure timely delivery and optimal utilisation of resources
- Help in the management of internal and external communication regarding upcoming product functionality
- Help prioritise issues and problems reported by customers and follow best practice customer communication protocols
- Help define key problems, requirements, workflows, and establish solutions
- Analysis of technical and operational considerations to ensure consistency across product development
- Review, prioritise and comment on product defects
- Help in the study of market trends, competitor products and industry regulations to identify opportunities
Who you are:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS/Software or technological product management position
- Graduates welcome to apply but must be of very high calibre
- Very high level of verbal and written English skills with prior product and stakeholder communication experience
- Experience of working with international organisations or working abroad beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong people and communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Translation of business needs to the technical team and vice versa
- Problem-solving and issue-resolution across multiple and competing priorities
- Comfortable in an agile development environment
- A good level of creativity, product instinct and technical knowledge
- Good understanding of Cloud technologies
- Ability to manage work from teams of varying experience and seniority
- Prior experience working with CRM type solutions would be useful but not essential
- A good understanding of the commercial SaaS landscape
- Proficiency in AI-powered prototyping and wireframing tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, Bolt, Balsamiq, Moqups, or equivalent platforms to rapidly validate and communicate product concepts
- Keen interest in sport would be a bonus
Benefits to you:
- Salary: BDT 80,000–120,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
- Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.
- Working Schedule: Two shift patterns are available: Monday–Friday and Sunday–Thursday. Your assigned shift will depend on business and project requirements.
- Annual Leave: 25 days of paid leave (including government holidays).
