Is Your Sport Set Up for Growth?

This April, the JustGo team joined over 1,000 innovators, founders, and executives at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas for PEAK Conference 2026, the global epicenter of SportsTech.
Across three days of immersive masterclasses and high-impact panels, one thing became clear: the gap between “traditional” sports management and the “tech-enabled” future is closing fast.
From packed sessions to conversations in the JustGo booth, we came across one core sentiment:
Sports organizations are under immense pressure to evolve. The ones staying ahead of the curve are those moving beyond legacy systems to embrace integrated technology, actionable data, and elevated member experiences.

For our JustGo team, PEAK was an opportunity to connect with the people shaping what’s next, exchange ideas, and learn how the industry is moving forward.
The energy at PEAK was unmissable. We were surrounded by the industry heavyweights, from global powerhouses like the NBA, NFL, NASCAR and UFC to the next generation of AI and sports tech innovators.
Over the course of the conference, we spoke with leaders across baseball, basketball, lacrosse, football, and many other sports. While each sport has its own unique structures and challenges, the operational challenges are strikingly similar.
A recurring theme in these discussions was the need for a platform that offers scale and flexibility. Many visitors were interested in how JustGo manages nearly 4 million members across 70+ sports while supporting 120 National Governing Bodies worldwide.
With 20 years of experience, we’ve built a system designed to adapt to and support different regulatory environments, including essential US frameworks (such as SafeSport).
Whether it’s managing complex memberships, bookings, or communications, the goal remains the same: to evolve alongside the industry.
1. Engagement and Connection: One of the strongest themes to emerge from PEAK was the transformation of member engagement. Organizations are rethinking how they connect with members and communities.
Through new engagement methods, improved communication tools, or more interactive platforms, there is a coordinated shift toward building truly connected communities in which there’s a clear shift toward building truly connected ecosystems where technology enhances, rather than complicates, participation.
At JustGo, we think of this as the human side of technology, ensuring software supports the sport, not the other way around.
2. Data & Insights: Data is no longer something that sits in the background. It is driving decision-making at every level. From participation trends to performance insights and operational reporting, organizations are looking for clearer, more unified visibility.
From our conversations with industry leaders, we noticed a growing appetite to centralize data across all entities (NGB, state, regions, and clubs) into a single system, so that data can flow more easily and provide meaningful insights to those leading the sport.
By unifying insights across the board, leaders can finally move from reactive management to proactive growth.
3. Forward-Thinking Partnerships: As technology accelerates, so do member expectations. The most successful sports organizations will be those that align themselves with technology providers who act as true partners rather than just vendors.
As exhibitors at Peak Conference, we had the opportunity to connect with some of the most innovative sports technology companies in the world. It reinforced the importance of the partnerships we have cultivated over the years, and the role they play in helping us deliver better, more connected solutions.
As we continue to grow alongside the 120+ National Governing Bodies we support, our focus remains the same: to work with the right partners, bring together the best of sports technology, and ensure that everything we build is designed with members at the center.
PEAK offered a valuable snapshot of where the sports industry stands today and where it’s heading. The direction is clear, with a growing emphasis on connected systems, better use of data, and more meaningful engagement with members.
For JustGo, the conference was a chance to reflect on our role in that journey and ensure we continue providing the infrastructure sports organizations need to thrive. We’re grateful to everyone who connected with us in Las Vegas, and we’re excited to turn those conversations into the next generation of sports technology.
