We’re delighted to share that Scottish Gymnastics has selected JustGo for Clubs as its club management solution.
Many clubs will already be aware that the platform has been softly introduced over recent months, and we’re excited to share more about what this means for clubs and how it will support day-to-day club management across the Scottish Gymnastics community, and transform the way clubs run their classes and engage with members.
Scottish Gymnastics Development and Lead Manager, Sarah Logan said: “This is a one-stop shop where you can manage membership and waiting lists, organise classes, and communicate with members and parents on the same system. It helps you streamline operations and reduce admin time. Basically, it frees up more of your time to do more of what you want to do, especially if you have multiple roles or are a volunteer.”
Several clubs have already begun exploring the platform during the early rollout. Stephen Wilson, Head Coach at Stenhousemuir Gymnastics Club, shared:
‘JustGo has been massively helpful to us. Going from doing everything the old-fashioned way of spreadsheets, to seeing all the data on one platform has made our lives so much easier. From a financial aspect, it has been really easy to track payments and even move children to different classes.
It has also been beneficial for us to advertise our classes and use the links to book trial sessions, which is easy to see on the app on your phone or online. Being able to see what is available and where we can look to advertise more has benefited us greatly, allowing us to look to add more classes.
During the whole process, the support team has been great and quick to reply to any questions we have had regarding the system. Even helped us through setting up new classes and even camps to which we have been able to invite non-members as well.”
JustGo for Clubs has been built by gymnastics for gymnastics. The solution is designed to make running a gymnastics club easier and more efficient. By bringing key administrative tasks into one place, the platform helps reduce the time spent on paperwork and manual processes so clubs can focus more on delivering great gymnastics experiences.

Scottish Gymnastics clubs can also look forward to a website builder, providing clubs with an easy-to-use website which can be branded and used to promote gymnastics events.
JustGo for Clubs also includes a popular shop feature, giving clubs the opportunity to generate more revenue and sell their merchandise, track inventory, and set up waitlists for popular items.
Clubs can offer unlimited classes and also create waitlists, with the ability to notify members when a space is available. Class restrictions based on age, gender, or membership type can be set, giving clubs full control over how sessions are structured and who can join.
The system’s flexibility is also a standout feature. For example, payments can be collected in a way that suits both clubs and members, with one-off fees, subscription, or pay-as-you-go payment options available.
JustGo for Club’s reporting features will also provide Scottish Gymnastics clubs with the ability to gain insights into class participation, attendance trends, class popularity, and member engagement, enabling clubs to better understand their members’ needs.
To help clubs get started, Scottish Gymnastics will be organising club webinars with JustGo to introduce the platform, showcase key club management features, and answer any questions.
These sessions will be supported by a range of training materials and guidance to help clubs, administrators, and members feel confident using the JustGo system.
