JustGo (www.justgo.com) is a fast-growing all-in-one membership & event management cloud-based software provider delivering solutions to national governing bodies of sport, charities, sports clubs, social groups, and other membership-led organizations.
JustGo aims to recruit an experienced UX & UI Designer (Mid Level) to join our dynamic team in our Dhaka office. We’ve created a new role at JustGo focused around web development and UX. We are creating a customer journey, not just a website, and we want you to be a part of it. What are we expecting?
- Work closely with our product manager & design lead to improve UX and refine digital products.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Understand the product vision, business objectives, and overall strategy.
- A good communicator and not afraid to bring ideas to improve the design process. Comfortable in stakeholder calls, design reviews, and cross-team syncs (developers, PMs, QA, customer growth, and support).
- Translate requirements into concepts and elegant user experience design.
- Ability to adapt to changing product requirements. A cool head and able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a team or in a group and take ownership of the product and design.
- Ability to utilize AI tools effectively.
Desired Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory)
- Graduation from any discipline. (CSE or IT or HCI background more preferable)
- Minimum 4 to 6+ years of proven work experience as a UX/UI designer, product designer, or similar role.
- Strong digital portfolio to showcase the capability in both web and mobile and SaaS with a clear understanding of UI methodologies.
- Highly proficient and knowledgeable in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Tokens, Mockup, and Prototyping).
- Organize Figma files: clear layers, grouped elements, interaction documentation
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
- Excellent understanding of basic design principles, typography, colour, balance, information & layout hierarchy, building sitemaps, design frameworks, and attention to detail.
- Ability to create wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Working experience with different design systems. Develop our internal design system and the ability to help improve and maintain it to ensure consistency in brand and product experience.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Flutter)—no coding required.
- Outstanding social and digital fluency and good communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Benefits To You
- Salary range: 80k to 120k BDT/month (Depending on experience)
- Full-time, weekly 5 days (Mon-Fri)
- Hybrid working environment (Home & office – 3 days a week in office)
- Flexible working hours (12:00PM to 09:00PM)
- Flexible holiday scheme (25 Days Casual & 5 Days Sick)
- Yearly performance review.
- 6 months maternity leave or 1 week paternity leave with the possibility to extend

- The first 6 months will be counted as a provisional period.
