Digital membership cards are being introduced for residents eligible for Wandsworth Council’s groundbreaking concessions scheme, thanks to a new partnership with JustGo, streamlining access to discounts for local services.
Access for All, Britain’s best concession scheme, is an ambitious initiative from Wandsworth Council to make key services and local activities more affordable for all, and it just got even bigger.
The scheme offers eligible residents 50% to 100% discounts on key services from gym sessions to swimming lessons, wedding ceremonies to event tickets.
It launched last year with a range of offers focused on sports and leisure activities, such as free sessions in Tooting Bec Lido, and free holiday swimming lessons.
The scheme’s success speaks for itself, with 80,000 bookings made in Wandsworth leisure centres already. Now, it is expanding to include even more Council services.
Some of the new additions include free birth certificates for new births registered at Wandsworth Town Hall, 50% off an annual membership for a bikehangar, and £3 tickets to exciting events as part of Wandsworth’s year as London Borough of Culture, including Battersea Park in Concert and the famous Battersea Park Fireworks.

Wandsworth Council is committed to inclusivity. Where residents don’t have access to a suitable phone with digital wallet capability, they will be provided with a physical membership card.

With JustGo’s streamlined solution, members will enjoy instant access to their digital membership cards and passes, securely stored in their Apple and Google Wallets. These cards provide quick data validation with a simple QR code scan, ensuring effortless verification at leisure centres, sports facilities, and other participating venues.
Each digital card serves as both proof of identity and membership, displaying the member’s name, profile photo, and any additional details required. This smart, digital-first approach simplifies administration while empowering residents to make the most of the opportunities available to them.
