We are delighted to announce that the latest release of JustGo (JustGo 2.8.5) will be available this year.
With growing threats to cybersecurity across the globe, we understand that a secure system is a key priority for your organization. In this release, we’ve placed an extra emphasis on security by developing a brand-new feature to help protect your data and uphold the integrity of your systems.
Plus, we’ve focused on elevating your member experience with exciting new features, including advanced reporting tools, community finders, easy-to-use rewards and powerful new enhancements to existing features – each tailored to support and elevate your organization’s experience.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
1. New Reporting Interface: Our Reports module just got a major upgrade! With a brand-new, user-friendly interface, managing and navigating your reports is now easier than ever. You can smoothly browse through report categories, tag and filter reports with keywords, and even get completed reports delivered straight to your inbox!
On top of that, we’ve created a brand-new report creation tool! Now, you can dig deeper into member profiles, memberships, credentials, event participation, and payment data for meaningful insights. This tool is available to clubs and regions too, allowing them to generate and share reports on their own data.
2. Multi-Factor Authentication: As your membership system contains hundreds of records of your members – including children and vulnerable groups – it is imperative that you adopt powerful measures to boost security.
While an email and password are the standard credentials for logging in to your system, we’ve now added an extra layer of authentication. You can opt to verify your login through email, or via an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator).
If you’ve got access and control over a lot of data as an administrator, this feature is a game-changer for that extra peace of mind. Plus, if you’ve got parents in your system with family accounts, we’re sure they’ll love the extra layer of security!
3. Club Finder: Finding the perfect club for members has never been simpler. JustGo’s Club Finder has always been loved by the community, thanks to its ability to effortlessly consolidate all your clubs into a single, user-friendly system. With this release, we’ve given it a sleek new interface and enhanced functionalities for an even more enjoyable user experience.
Using our refined search and filter feature, members can now effortlessly navigate through hundreds of clubs, helping them find the perfect fit. The Club Finder is available to National Governing Bodies (NGBs) across all regions, so make sure to implement it if you haven’t already!
4. Coach Finder: Whether members are looking for coaches, officials (e.g. judges & umpires), competitors, or registered members, our Coach Finder is ready to help you out. With a polished new interface, it offers searching and filtering features to help find coaches instantly. Regardless of what level your members are in—be it national, state, or club—they can utilize the coach finder to seamlessly find the officials they’re looking for.
Both the club and coach finder can be embedded on your website, attracting prospective members as well!
5. Enhanced DBS & Vetting: In order to help you tighten your compliance, boost your vetting practices, and build a qualified and safe community, we’ve partnered with First Advantage. A world-class vetting organization providing screening and monitoring solutions, First Advantage will play a pivotal role in helping our customers around the world maintain their compliance and protect their communities.
With their help, you can now take your official and member screening processes to the next level. For example, you can do background checks, criminal record screenings, driving license verifications and more—all directly through JustGo.
Here’s the best part: Once the vetting is completed, the new qualifications/licenses can directly be added as a credential to your member accounts.
