David Pring
Founder & CEO

I have worked hard to build a global, innovative, market leading software company, where openness and honesty form part of the customer-centric core values. I have been fortunate in my working career to live around the world, so I bring a global approach as we grow JustGo. With an IT management consulting background and a strong emphasis on business efficiency improvement, I have successfully worked across many business disciplines and been involved in major transformation programs throughout my career. I feel I bring a pragmatic approach to IT delivery and understand the importance of bringing the right mix of business and technology together to provide a balanced and efficient result. Technology enabled solutions need to add value, co-exist and complement business-led processes and existing systems.
What do you like most about working at JustGo?
I am proud that we are able to work with some great customers and make a difference in the world of sport. Within JustGo, I love the energy, enthusiasm and working with great people who collectively know that they are building something special!

Where have the last eight years gone to? It would seem that time has no meaning when you work in such an inspirational environment that is JustGo. That said, so much has been achieved with our wonderful customer community in that time, but so much more we have aspirations of delivering. Previously had the honor of working with a few incredible organizations, the learning from those career steps have proven invaluable to repeat the best and learn from the rest!
What do you like most about working at JustGo?
Firstly, it is a pleasure working with such focused dedicated people who represent all the multitude of customers who use JustGo. Many of them are volunteers and willingly dedicate so much to their sports and other pastimes. With regards us as a company, I’d rather use the term Team as no question, it is an honor to work within this equally dedicated, focused group that is JustGo. To be part of the excitement, inspiration and dedication is an equal pleasure – one focus to serve the JustGo Community for the betterment of all!

Niall Nicholls
Chief Technology Officer

I joined JustGo around 20 years ago after graduating in computer science. Initially I joined as a software developer and over the years moved through various different technical roles within the organization, before eventually becoming CTO.
What do you like most about working at JustGo?
We have a great team at JustGo which has evolved so much since the early days, and seeing the transformation within the business and being a part of that has been a great journey. It’s been quite a rollercoaster at times but never has it been boring.

Dan Gillan

I joined JustGo 11 years ago straight out of university – Initially after joining as a Technical Consultant, I’ve held a number of roles in the organization since then. My current role is overseeing the technical and enterprise applications for the company.

JustGo is full of fun and interesting people – no day is ever dull!

A strategic marketer, and fully certified fitness coach. 15 years of corporate marketing experience, leading highly talented teams to drive growth, build brands, and deliver top-rated customer experience programs, and global campaigns. Joined JustGo in October 2023 with the goal to combine my international strategic marketing expertise with my passion for sports and fitness to accelerate JustGo’s growth and generate new business opportunities.
What do you like most about working at JustGo?

With 16 years of customer support experience, I’ve journeyed from a dedicated customer support executive to leading the department at JustGo. Over the past 7 years with JustGo, I’ve spearheaded initiatives, cultivated teams, and fostered exceptional customer experiences. My evolution within the company reflects a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving customer satisfaction in the ever-evolving landscape of software solutions.
What do you like most about working at JustGo?
The fact that I can actively contribute to helping customers of all sizes, so they have a smooth transition from their existing platform to a more modernized, cutting-edge JustGo solution. Any kind of change is a challenge, and my team takes pride in embracing and helping our customers with their daily administrative challenges, so they receive solutions to any problems promptly if needed. Being a sports lover, working at JustGo gives me a sense of satisfaction as I can collaborate with sporting/charitable organizations, knowing that I am doing my part to help the customer/sports to reach its potential fans and grow the sports in the region.

With 19 years of experience in the software industry, I have dedicated the past 17 years to JustGo, where I currently serve as the Development Director. Throughout my tenure at JustGo, I have progressed through various roles, ultimately leading and overseeing all product development efforts. It has been an honor to work with some of industries best talents in JustGo, who have a collective goal of making the best software out there to cater to our audience.

A diverse 17-year career in sales, analytics, and process management, I have cultivated extensive cross-industry expertise. Since joining JustGo in 2019, I have dedicated myself to enhancing organisational process management via IT solutions, proactively anticipating and addressing the future challenges of our customers, and ensuring our product evolves in alignment with their evolving needs.

Mehedi Hasan
Front-End Architect
- Dhaka, Bangladesh
I began my career in 2007 as a web designer, building both static and interactive websites, along with Flash/ActionScript-based projects. In 2011, I joined JustGo as a Software Engineer, and since then, I’ve grown into a full-stack developer. By 2014, I shifted my focus entirely to front-end development, driven by the goal of creating a more seamless and user-friendly UI for our applications.
In 2021, I took on a lead role in front-end development, and as of 2023, I’m working as a Front-End Architect. Throughout this exciting journey, I’ve contributed to a wide range of successful feature developments. My current role involves designing high-level concepts and UI layouts, planning and distributing tasks among teams, and guiding developers in mastering front-end technologies.
What do you like most about working at JustGo?
Since joining JustGo, I’ve had the opportunity to grow my career while connecting with incredible mentors and wonderful colleagues. The platform’s continuous evolution and ability to adapt to market trends keep me excited about the future, and I am proud to be part of the JustGo community!
