Members are the heart of any sports organisation. As the overarching umbrella organisation for all twirling councils and clubs across the USA, United States Twirling Association is a prime example of a National Governing Body (NGB) doing an excellent job of managing its member data.
The NGB coordinates various twirling judging and coaching clinics, national championships, and athlete events across the USA. We had a wonderful conversation with its Board Member Jason Lee on how his team elevates their sport to the next level, by securely managing their member records and tracking athlete performance.
